Technical Programme

  • Digital Conference Proceedings

    (max. 2 sponsors at US$ 10,000 per sponsor) 

    The full text for each paper presented at the conference is published in the conference proceedings and hosted online. All delegates will receive a voucher card with instructions for access. Your company logo will be printed on the voucher card and published on the proceedings website.

  • Audiovisual Equipment and Services

    RESERVED

    Cutting-edge presentations at GEO are not possible without projection and display technology and services. Your company logo will be recognised on holding slides in each conference session hall.

  • Preliminary & Final Conference Programme

    SPONSORED BY SAUDI ARAMCO

    These official guides include the conference schedule and essential information. The preliminary programme is circulated to prospective delegates and every attendee at GEO will receive a copy of the final programme onsite. Your company name and logo will be printed on the front cover.

  • Poster Panels

    Company logo will be printed on approximately 50 poster presentations within the poster session area.

    All conference delegates will receive a GEO delegate bag. Sponsoring company logo will be printed on the bag (to be provided by the Organiser), which will be carried by delegates both during, and long after the event has concluded. The sponsor has the opportunity to supply promotional items (e.g. pens, writing pads, gifts etc.) for insertion in the conference delegate bags during GEO. Contact us for quantities.

  • Lanyards
